Exchange and Return Policy
We offer exchanges on our products (but no refund) with a receipt within 3 working days of receipt of your goods and subject to below terms & conditions;
• Exchange of purchased item(s) is done in our Wangsa Maju outlet store only. If you would like it to be shipped to you, shipping cost will be borne by you.
• Only ready-made item(s) that are in its good condition; unworn and unwashed can be exchanged.
• Item(s) can be exchanged with item(s) of same value or higher. If the item(s) is exchanged with item(s) of lower value, we will not refund the price difference.
• All products besides ready-made items cannot be exchanged.
• We make every effort to ensure that our products are free of manufacturing flaws and make sure all items are inspected before shipping. However, if you find that the item(s) delivered to you is incorrect or defective, kindly email us at admin@nagoyatextiles.com.my.
• Failure to do so means that we are unable to consider any claim for certain reasons that may be beyond of our control, or that the terms of the claim have become invalid due to time-lapse.
