Shipping Fees
For the shipping charges, we will be using J&T as our courier. Here is the calculation according to parcel weight;
• West Malaysia — For any purchase, RM7 for the first 0.5 kg and RM1.10 for every subsequent 0.5 kg would be charged.
• East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan) — For any purchase, RM16 for the first 0.5 kg and RM6.50 for every subsequent 0.5 kg would be charged
Delay/Loss/Damage of Goods
• Delivery time is subject to logistics (J&T) and we cannot control the time frame and accuracy of the delivery timing. Kindly be informed.
• We will ensure a proper and intact packaging for your item(s) in accordance with the courier standards.
• All lost and damaged item(s) received should be reported to us within 24 hours time frame. Reports after the specified time frame will not be eligible for the compensation claim.
